How it works

Real change doesn't come from talking alone.

It comes from working with how your nervous system responds.


This approach is structured in three stages.


1. Regulate

We begin by calming the nervous system and creating a sense of safety in the body. This allows your system to settle, so you are not working against constant tension or overwhelm.


2. Process

We use EMDR to work with stored responses and unresolved experiences. This helps the nervous system release patterns that are still being triggered in the present.


3. Rewire

We reinforce new responses using hypnotherapy.

This supports your system in responding differently — with less reactivity, more control, and greater ease.
